How This Works
You're 6 easy steps away from the vacation of your dreams!
1. Choose your Experience Type
Jones Travel Co. offers Surprise International, Surprise Domestic, and Non-surprise trips options! We ask that you please book at least one month in advance.
3. Review the Budget Guide
During your Pre-Trip Survey process, you will be asked to provide your total budget for your trip. For guidance or tips on how to set your budget for the type of trip you want, check out the Budget Guide Page.
5. The Planning Begins
Once survey and payment are received, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours via email to confirm details and set communication parameters with you!
2. Fill Out the Pre- Trip Survey
Once you choose your experience type, you will be directed to fill out your pre-trip survey, which provides us with all of the information we need to make this a flawless experience for you!
4. Check your Email for Payment Details
After you submit your survey, you will receive an invoice via email with a secure payment link to finalize your booking. We accept credit card, PayPal, and Affirm monthly payments.
6. Bon Voyage!
One week before your departure you will receive all trip details, but wait to view the destination the morning of!
How much does this cost?
You set your budget yourself! Whatever amount in USD you want to spend on your vacation is the amount we will invoice you for. Jones Travel Co. charges 20% of your budget to cover our fees and the rest goes to booking your vacation. For example, if your budget is $1,000, we will invoice you for $1,000 and will deduct 20% (or $200) to cover our fee, and the remaining $800 down to the dime will go to booking your trip!
